All product content, code, branding, documentation, and related materials remain the intellectual property of ProfitWeb unless otherwise stated. Purchasing a license does not transfer ownership of the software or its intellectual property.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProfitWeb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or business-related damages arising from the use of or inability to use the product, including loss of revenue, traffic, rankings, business opportunities, or data.
12. Termination or Revocation
We reserve the right to suspend, revoke, block, or terminate access or license rights in cases of refund, dispute, chargeback, fraud, abuse, policy violations, unauthorized redistribution, or material breach of these Terms.
